Will the 10' × 12' Lean-To Gazebo Fit Your Wall?

10 × 12 ft is the lean-to gazebo’s published roof footprint. This is the range’s one wall-mounted model. Its footprint is not checked against open yard space the way the free-standing gazebos are - one edge must sit against a wall, so only a single fixed orientation is ever physically possible. The table below checks a required wall run and projection depth instead of a rotatable rectangle.

Does it fit your wall?

Whether the wall run and projection depth fit four example wall openings - never rotated, since one edge is fixed against the wall.
Wall openingFits?
10 ft wall run, 6 ft clear in frontnot yet checkable
12 ft wall run, 8 ft clear in frontnot yet checkable
14 ft wall run, 10 ft clear in frontnot yet checkable
16 ft wall run, 12 ft clear in frontnot yet checkable

This checks the roof footprint only. It does not include clearance for roof overhang, water runoff, or the room needed to assemble the structure - add that on top, per the manufacturer’s manual.

Distance between the structural posts (or, for the wall-mounted model, the exact wall run and projection depth), and peak / eave height, will be published here once GARTOO provides them.

The structure itself

Specifications, what it suits and what to avoid are on the 10×12 Wood Lean-To Gazebo (Wall-Mounted) page, and every structure in the range is compared side by side on the sizing page.

Questions

Does the 10' × 12' lean-to gazebo fit a 12 ft wall run with 8 ft clear in front?

See the table above - it runs this exact comparison, plus three other common sizes.

Why does the roof size show as 'not yet checkable' or 'snug' instead of a plain answer?

“Not yet checkable” means a figure has not been measured yet - a gap in what is published here, not a sign it does not fit. “Snug” means it technically fits with very little room to spare, before any clearance for overhang, runoff or installation access is added on top.
