Editorial Standards
This site earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through its links. That is disclosed in the footer of every page. It does not change what is published: footprint and specification figures are transcribed or computed, not written to flatter a listing.
Where the figures come from
Frame material, roof construction, included parts and roof size are taken from each listing’s own title and Creators API feature text. Usable footprint - between posts, or a wall run and depth for the one wall-mounted model - is collected by hand from each listing’s own images and Product Details, cross-checked against the Creators API’s published item dimensions where available - and set aside where that data is more likely to describe a shipping package than the assembled structure, which checking every ASIN in this range against its own title has shown to be the case for most of the gazebos. Nothing here has been measured in person by this site’s publisher, and the site does not claim otherwise.
Why a title's roof size is checked, not assumed
A structure’s advertised size does not always match the manufacturer’s own more precise item specification - the party tent and carport in this range both round their published item measurements up to a cleaner number in the title. Where that is confirmed by two independent pieces of the manufacturer’s own data agreeing with each other, both figures are shown, and the more precise one is what every calculation on this site uses. Where a discrepancy is not corroborated that way, the title figure is used and the mismatch is left unresolved rather than guessed at.
What is computed
The yard-fit and wall-fit checks on the sizing pages compare a structure’s published roof footprint against common yard or wall sizes, in either orientation where rotation is physically possible - never for the wall-mounted model, which has a fixed orientation. A result shown as not yet checkable means a figure has not been measured yet, never a size failure. A result shown as snug means it fits with very little room to spare, before any clearance for roof overhang, water runoff or installation access - which this site does not calculate or publish a figure for. Figures are never adjusted to reach a friendlier result.
What is deliberately not here
Prices. They change daily; a printed price is wrong within a week.
Ratings and review counts. They belong to the platform that collected them.
Installation, anchoring or foundation instructions. Gazebos, the party tent and the carport are all wind-sensitive structures. The manufacturer’s own manual is the authority for a specific unit, and a second set of instructions on a third-party site is a way for someone to get hurt.
A ground clearance figure. What a structure needs beyond its own roof edge for overhang, runoff and install access is not published by GARTOO on any listing here, and this site does not calculate or estimate one - see clearance from your house and fence.
Invented measurements. Roof size, footprint and material figures are transcribed from each listing’s own title, images and Creators API data, never estimated or guessed from a similar-looking structure. A dash on a sizing page means that figure is not yet available, not that it is zero.
