- Order status, shipping and returns - the retailer holds all of that
- Warranty claims, which are handled by the manufacturer
- Assembly, anchoring, foundation or installation support for a structure already delivered - follow the manufacturer’s own manual and your local codes for that
Sizing questions are usually answered faster by the sizing pages, where published roof size and usable footprint are worked through for every structure in the range.
